The YES Home was formed in 1981 by a group of concerned citizens with the intent to provide a home-like atmosphere for the abused and neglected children, and to house runaways in need of help.
Youth Encouragement Services, Inc. recently added to their name, "The James B. Wismann Home" in honor of Jim Wismann's long standing service and dedication to YES as Board member and treasurer for twenty one years.
The facility is located on the second floor of a newly renovated County Home built in 1882.
Licensed by The State of Indiana Department of Family and Children Services.

The YES Home provides both long term and emergency care, serving the state of Indiana.
