EMPLOYMENT

 

POSITION:

• Full Time Resident Technician

• Part Time Resident Technician

• Weekends Resident Technician

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Mature Individual - At Least 21 Years of Age

• No History of Child Abuse, Neglect, or Sexual Molestation, No Felony Convictions

• Must Obtain Fingerprints 

• Must Sign a Release for Criminal Reference Check and Criminal Affidavit and CPS check

• Must Submit a Copy of High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• Must Have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

• If Served in Armed Forces, Must Have Written Proof of Type of Discharge

• Must Have Ability to Work Effectively with Children, Adults, Other Staff and Agency Representatives from the Community

• Must Have a Physical Exam and TB Test Upon Hiring and a Mantoux Every Year Thereafter

• Must Become CPR / First Aid Certified

• Must Adhere to Confidentiality Policy of the Agency

• Have an understanding of Trauma Informed Care and a willingness to learn trauma responsive interventions

• Must Complete 40 Hour Orientation and Childcare Training

• Work Hours Will Be Up to 40 Hours Per Week.

• Must be able to work 2nd shift hours

• Hours Will Be Arranged Monthly in 8-12 Hour Shifts and are Subject to Change as Needed to Meet the Needs of the Residents in the home
