Our youth and staff went to Red River Gorge before school started. Our youth were able to translate wanting to quit when things get hard when hiking a difficult trail to realizing they can do hard things, pushing through adversity or even their own negative thoughts to get to the top. The sense of accomplishment was a great motivator as they start off the school year.
